The Information Technology Division at the Joint Forces Staff College (JFSC) is responsible for providing innovative solutions by leveraging people, processes, and technology to ensure a secure and reliable information exchange environment that exceeds customer expectations. JFSCs technical environment consists of voice, video, data computing and networking facilities. Service is required to provide local primary rate interface for 3 PI/PRI circuits at the Joint Forces Staff College to be maintained on a 24/7 timeframe. If maintenance is required, it will be performed during a prescribed maintenance window in order to minimize negative impact on JFSC services. This window will normally be during non-business hours and must be coordinated with JFSC. The total scope and needs of this requirement is attached below.
