The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside basis support services in support of Navy Medicine Operations at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). The contractor shall provide strategic, tactical and operational communications support; manage Navy Medicine’s Strategic Communications Plan and its implementation; and compile and analyze communication analytics. The primary place of performance for this effort shall be: BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY 7700 ARLINGTON BLVD. FALLS CHURCH, VA 22042-2799 It is anticipated that the resultant solicitation will result in a purchase order issued on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. The anticipated base performance period will be 7 March 2022 through 6 March 2023 and will include four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation will also contain FAR 52.217-8, and one 6 month option. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541611. This requirement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services in accordance with the information in accordance with FAR 13.5 and 12. This is an announcement only; a formal solicitation will be forthcoming. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This notice and subsequent RFQ shall be posted on both Beta SAM and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be posted around 24 November 2021. The reference number is N0018922QZ019. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned websites for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. Quoters MUST be registered in the System for Award Management to be considered for award.
