NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide (8) Weather Monitoring Forecasts and Weather Warning Services for Live, Site-Specific, Web-Based, Interactive Portal and Mobile APP Services Naval Submarine Support Facility aboard Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The required period of performance begins 01 September 2022 through 31 August 2023 from contract award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 519130. This Acquisition is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set Aside. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 26 July 2022 at the following websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil, www.SAM.gov. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments directly to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018922QG109 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
