The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the rental of (3) Portable Toilets and (2) Portable Handwashing Stations to include weekly servicing of all consumable materials, waste removal and sanitation services. All aforementioned rental equipment and services to include all labor and material for rental equipment, as well as all labor, transportation, materials for blocking and leveling for onsite installation delivery, removal and pick-up services. The mandatory delivery installation date is 15 July 2023 and removal and pick-up return date is 14 July 2023. The mandatory period of performance is from 15 July 2022 to 14 July 2023 for Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) Regional Support Group (ARDM-4) aboard Naval Submarine Base NLON, 1 Crystal Lake Rd, (Lower Base -DRMO Lot, Bldg. 355 and Bldg. 175 Amberjack Rd) in Groton, CT 06349. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
