NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Swager Press Machine Cylinder and Hose Troubleshoot and Repair Services on (1) Government owned Mfg. Esco Mark 150, Swager Press Machine. The requested Esco Mark 150 Swager Press Machine Cylinder and Hose repairs, calibration, and testing services shall be performed in accordance with OEM specifications at the vendors facility that shall be located within (50) Driving miles of Naval Submarine Support Facility aboard Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The vendor shall include all labor, parts, and materials to restore the equipment to full OEM operational parameters. The estimated period of performance begins 01 April 2022 through 20 May 2022. The estimated service completion date is 6-weeks from contract award. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811310. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments directly to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018922QG038 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.dexter@navy.mil and sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
