NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Cryogenic High Pressure Relief Valve HPA-70 Calibration, Set and Test Service in accordance with MIL-STD-1330 (Standard Practice for Precision Cleaning and Testing of Shipboard Oxygen, Helium, Helium-Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Systems). The High Pressure Relief Valve (HPA-70) Pop calibration, test, set, and certification services shall be performed in place at the Surface Warfare Engineering Schools Command (SWESC) Cryogenic Plant located aboard St Juliens Creek Annex, Building 18Y in Portsmouth, VA 23702. The vendor shall include all parts, labor and travel necessary to support the efforts described herein. The estimated period of performance begins 05 April 2022 through 27 May 2022. The estimated service completion date is no later than 27 May 2022 from contract award. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811310. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
