NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Cryogenics Nitrogen Generator System Piping Repair and Calibration Services for Surface Warfare Engineering Schools (SWESC) The Cryogenics Nitrogen Piping repairs and calibration services shall be performed by an O2 Clean certified technician in accordance with MIL-STD-1330. The requested Cryogenic Nitrogen Piping repairs shall be performed “In Place” at the SWSC Cryogenic Plant located aboard St Juliens Creek Annex, Building 18Y in Chesapeake, VA 23702. The vendor shall include all parts, labor and travel necessary to support the efforts described herein. The estimated period of performance is 28 February 2022 to 25 March 2022. The vendor shall complete all repairs and calibrations Friday, 25 March 2022. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811310. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 16 February 2022 at www.SAM.gov. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018922QG026 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil and sharon.dexter@navy.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
