Con... The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for (2) new Brand Name Mandatory, Mfg. Lyon & Healy Harps, Inc. Concert Grand Pedal Harps, Model Style No. 23 to include manufacturer/dealer Trade-in Program Considerations for (3) concert grand pedal harps from the same manufacturer and FOB Destination shipping and handling for the U.S. Navy Band located in Washington, DC 20374. The subject concert grand pedal harps with Trade-In Program Considerations supply will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated delivery is 120-days ADC. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 339992. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018922QG017 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
