All other terms and conditions remain the same. The estimated period of performance shall begin 01 February 2022 through 31 July 2024. The purpose of RFQ Solicitation Amendment N0018922QG0160001 is to clarify CLIN extended description (estimated minimum and maximum usage) Vendor-Supplier location requirements, update the PWS, and extend the Offeror Due Date and Time to Friday, 14 January 2022 at 1200 (Noon) Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order / Contract for Delivery of Compressed Liquid Bottled Nitrogen, Size 200, Grade C, MIL-PRF-27401F, Minimum Purity 99.995 percent) and Bottle Rentals for Naval Submarine Support Facility R-4 Division Calibration Laboratory -Repair Shops (Building 40 and Building 456) aboard the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The subject industrial nitrogen gas delivery and bottle rental service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
