Synopsis for Solicitation number N0018922Q0512 (OSH Training Rep) The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Naval History and Heritage Command, who require Osha Training Representative Services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. A complete RFP package will be available on or about 14 September 2022, by downloading the documents at the beta.SAM.gov Website as follows: http://www.beta.sam.gov.
