The The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for a Brand Name requirement. This requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. This procurement action is for one (1) CUBERT ULTRIS X20 FIELD CAMERA in support of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the US Naval Academy (see RFQ for requirements). This action will be conducted using the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 333314 and the size standard is 500. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at www.sam.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
