The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Inveris Training Solutions, Inc. for Fire Arms Training Simulator (FATS) and Small Arms Weapon Simulator (SAWS) maintenance warranty support services in support of Naval Construction Group One and Two under Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this solictation.
