This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N0018922Q0324 and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. 4) The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a sole source and the justification and approval is attached to this solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 541715 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. 5) The Line Items are detailed on pages 3-4 of the attached solicitation. 6) This requirement is for an Teledyne Air Gun parts and services in support of Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL). 7) Required period of performance/delivery date is detailed on page 5 of the attached solicitation. 8) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-00018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. 9) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will be used and is included.
