This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number for this is N0018922Q0260 and will be issued as an RFQ. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. 4) The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a sole source and the justification and approval is attached to this solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $12.0M. 5) The Line Item is detailed on page 1 of the attached solicitation. 6) This requirement is for an Exceptional Family Member Program Law Course in support of Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG). 7) Required period of performance is detailed on page 1 of the attached solicitation. 8) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial (DEVIATION 2018-00018), applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached solicitation. 9) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will be used and is included.
