The proposed acquisition is for Cyber Security Technical Training and Exam/Certification Attempts in support of the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) Cyber Network Defense (CND) Continuous Learning Program (CLP). The proposed acquisition is for qualified and experienced sources to provide high quality training services that will maintain CND proficiency, and provide the necessary technical Continuing Professional Education Credit (CPE) for advanced certification and maintenance. Additionally, the training program should provide the adult training mode and scheduling flexibility best suited to the adult training needs of NCDOC personnel, in a standard classroom setting when scheduled by NCDOC.
