The Disability Evaluation System (DES) Counsel Program (DESCP) Joint Services (JS) Training, Verification, and Certification Course (TVCC) is a mission-essential annual training for all disability attorneys and support staff from each military service and satisfies the training requirements set forth in DODM 1332-18 V1. To acquire conference facilities and hotel accommodations in support of DESCP JS TVCC to be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota starting 0730, 16 August 2022 and concluding 1630, 19 August 2022. Conference facilities shall include the conference meeting spaces and audiovisual equipment and support.
