This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 (effective 05-01-2022) and DFARS Publication Notice (Effective 04-28-2022). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Line Item Information: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: LTS EVENT HOTEL CONFERENCE SPACE EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide conference room rental services and lodging in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). QTY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each The Navy Legal Service Command (NLSC) requires conference facilities and hotel accommodations in Norfolk Virginia for a Legalman (LN) Training Symposium (LTS). Conference facilities shall include the conference/meeting spaces and audio/visual equipment and support, as well as a full service restaurant.
