Synopsis for solicitation number N0018922Q0137 – Virtual Tour The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to EAB Global, Inc. for license renewal, support and customizations of the currently implemented You Visit platform. The placement of a firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded with a base of 15 months to support a three (3) month customized implementation and a 12 month license renewal and support contract. The award will also include three (3) options years, each totaling 12 months each. The action is considered a follow-on. This action will be conducted using the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The proposed purchase order action is sole source only. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 511210. The size standard is $41.5M. The Product Service Code is DH10. The anticipated award date is no later than 30 March 2022. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time by 29 March 2022, which will be considered by the agency.
