Naval Supply System Command (NAVFAC) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide Fingerprinting Services in support of Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG).
