This is a non-personal services requirement for instructors to develop and teach the Navy's Construction Safety Standard courses at various CONUS/OCONUS locations identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), in support of the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN). This requirement supports the NAVSAFENVTRACEN's mission to provide critical knowledge, skills, and abilities to eligible participants. This requirement is set aside exclusively for participation by small businesses. The Government intends to award a 5-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award IDIQ type contract with task orders as a result of this solicitation. The contractor shall perform all duties in accordance with the PWS in support of NAVSAFENVTRACEN. The ordering period will commence on 24 JUL 2022 and continue through 23 JUL 2026. Provisions for the FAR 52.217-8 option will be included to allow for ordering to continue through 23 JAN 2027 if needed. The PSC for this requirement is U099 and the NAICS is 611430.
