Synopsis for Solicitation number N0018922Q0038 (Cox Cable Services) The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Team Housing Solutions. Commander, Second Fleet (COMSECONDFLT) requires cable service in BLDG NH19, BLDG NH95, and in Georgia House at 1677 Dillingham Blvd on Naval Station Norfolk. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
