NAVSUP Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the close out of 5000 square feet of existing equipment storage for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Falls Church VA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a), a Sole Source Acquisition. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 1 year after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 493110 and $30M respectively.
