The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide United States Fleet Forces Command’s (USFFC) Financial Systems Division ensures the highest quality information, data, and technology solutions are provided to the USFFC Financial Management Community to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of financial IT systems, associated business processes, IT General Controls (ITGC), audit readiness initiatives, and mission readiness. The USFFC Comptroller’s offices is responsible for the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of mission-funded fiscal resources supporting USFFC Headquarters and staff. The Comptroller’s function is to oversee all processes related to Budget Formulation and Execution, Funds Administration, and Financial Policy and Systems and to supervise the Fleet Financial Managers who maintain official records of obligations and expenditures throughout the fleet.
