Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled Solicitation for information of Planning Purposes, this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought/Request for Information (SS/RFI) issued by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Detachment on behalf of Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Business Analytics/Decision Support Division for Power Business Intelligence support services.
