The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office is soliciting for Litigation Services in support of the Government’s defense of Iranian FMS claims against the United States Government using full and open competition. The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary level of administrative, professional, and technical support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the Navy Department and Naval OGC Litigation Office compliance with the Deputy Secretary of Defense direction to the Military Departments for this program. The objective of this contract is to provide the Navy OGC and DoS the most thorough and exhaustive litigation support possible in defense of claims against the United States before the Iran - U.S Claims Tribunal at The Hague, Netherlands. It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance is expected to be from 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2022 with four (4) 12-month option periods. The applicable NAICS code 541611. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit for Litigation Services in support of the Government’s defense of Iranian FMS claims against the United States Government using full and open competition. The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary level of administrative, professional, and technical support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the Navy Department and Naval OGC Litigation Office compliance with the Deputy Secretary of Defense direction to the Military Departments for this program. It is the Government’s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15.
