Services in support of the Department of the Navy (DON) Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) Program. This synopsis amends the original synopsis posted on 9 April 2021, as amended on 7 May 2021. The original synopsis indicated the Navy’s intention that a single-award IDIQ contract would result from the projected solicitation. The Navy now reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of the solicitation. It is further noted that a draft RFP was posted on 7 May 2021 as part of the amended synopsis. As that draft did not contemplate multiple awards, the officially released version of the RFP would contain, at a minimum, all the revisions necessary for the allowance of multiple awards. The official RFP may also contain other revisions as well.
