Due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Command (RCC Great Lakes), located at Naval Station Great Lakes in Great Lakes, Illinois has identified a need for a capable contractor who will assist with upgrading current business telecommunication operations/practices. Upgrade will be incorporated through the use of an automated or remote controlled camera integrated with inconspicuous microphones and currently available telephone line, network, and televisions in the small conference room. This contractor shall provide guidance to facilitate a transition plan for current operations necessary to successfully utilize the automated or remote controlled cameras and inconspicuous microphones for current and future business needs. The contractor shall provide assistance to Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Command (RCC Great Lakes) staff members, who will be in charge of facilitating telecommunication operations for local and remote conference access
