The Naval Information Warfare Training Group (IWTG), formerly known as Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC), requires contractor services to support Navy Information Operations warfighting capabilities with specific focus toward Navy Information Warfare Training and Operations including supporting information technology and cybersecurity services. These activities directly support the assigned missions, functions and tasks of the Naval Information Warfare Training Group for fleet unit level training, in addition to the OPNAV N2N6 Navy Electronic Warfare Data and Reprogrammable Library Support Program) (OPNAVINST 3430.23c) and focus on both short-term (current) and long-term (time-phased) analyses and production of system data needs reported via various means to include but not limited to the Navy Readiness Program and Defense Readiness Reporting System – Navy (DRRS-N) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM). The contractor shall provide specialized and skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) Subject Matter Expertise for the tasks doctrine training and Technical ELINT (TECHELINT) data analysis, Software Development in support of the Navy IO Database (NIODB) Oracle database and the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) enabled website, Oracle Database and Web Server Administration to ensure Information Technology and Cybersecurity Support. These services are currently being performed under task order N0018920F0688. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R408, Program Management/Support Services, and the NAICS is 541511, Customer Computer Programming Services.
