NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contract Department Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Ave Building 2B Philadelphia PA intends to acquire Administrative Assistant services. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order that the Government intends to acquire on a sole source basis with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). The requirement is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the commercial items found at FAR part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), located at Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov. The RFQ number is N00189-21-Q-Z520. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-07 and DFARS Change Notice 20210830. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated NAICS code is 813920 and the Small Business Standard is 16.5 million dollars. This is a sole source requirement to be awarded to SWE. The anticipated period of performance is 15 September 2021 through 14 September 2022 and will consist of four one-year option periods thereafter.
