NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia announces a requirement for technical and administrative support for to the JS-J7 Military Secretariat and the JS-Office of Support Services (OSS). The non-personal services include recruitment, staffing, PD classification, manpower, performance evaluations, training, awards, and in/out processing for civilians in JS-J7. The contractor shall support Military Secretariat in the civilian workforce management area. The period of performance will be one year from after the date of the award. There is one option period of 12 months. The government intends to award this requirement as an 8(a) direct award. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13 SAP items. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available on the NECO website (https://www.neco.navy.mil) under solicitation number N0018921QZ155 approximately 03 May 2021.
