NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia announces a requirement for an IBISWorld annual license, which is produced and distributed solely from IBISWorld, Inc. IBISWorld, Inc. is the only known provider of the IBISWorld online database service. IBISWorld is the only known source of IBISWorld Industry Research Reports, providing searchable access to comprehensive data and information on U.S. and international industries, including all U.S. industries and specialized industries, as well as industries in China and the United Kingdom, both countries heavily studied at NDU. Because of the high quality proprietary content, and the comprehensive coverage available, IBISWorld content has been selected by NDU faculty as required reading material to support research and writing at the university. The period of performance will be one year from after the date of the award. There two option periods of 12 months. The government intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to IBISWorld, Inc. as there are no federal authorized resellers. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13 SAP items. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available on the NECO website (https://www.neco.navy.mil) under solicitation number N0018921QZ086 approximately 02 March 2021.
