This is a commercial procurement in support of NAVSUP OIS to obtain functional analysis and development support services to enable delivery of specific special projects. These special projects will be identified by the OIS Program Manager and will be worked autonomously from OIS sustainment and fleet support. This service is currently under a Multiple Award (MAC), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, N0018915DZ034 and N0018915DZ035. This solicitation is to award contract services to enable the delivery of special projects through functional analysis and solution enhancements. The contracting office posted a woman-owned small business concerns Sources Sought Notice (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) to betaSAM.gov on May 18, 2020 (11:56 AM EST) with a closing date of May 29, 2020 (12:00 PM EST) under the title “Opportunity - NAVSUP OIS Special Projects Support Services”. This determined that there were small woman-owned businesses that would have the capability to perform the task as described in the PWS. The larger OIS support requirement, excluding special projects, was a competed in SeaPort under solicitation N0018921R3001. The attached solicitation is for only the tasks as described in the PWS.
