This is a Request for Information. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI for specific requirements. Request contractor support services (CSS) for customer queuing and flow software, customer kiosk, associated hardware, system customization and installation, training, and 12-month support and maintenance. This effort is for a customer queue and process analytic system for the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office/Personal Property Division (JPPSO/PPD) of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor. The system will be composed of software and hardware to allow improved communication with customers on wait time expectations as well as information for managers to shift resources in real time to meet customer service requirements. This Household Goods (HHG)-Customer Queuing System (CQS) – HHG-CQS will improve customer service, employee efficiency, and management tracking for the Navy and Air Force Personal Property Office. Majority of the customers apply online and capturing how much time is spent processing their applications is critical to the requirements. This Proof of Concept / Pilot will support personnel with the customer service data for analysis of mission success.
