The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $8.0 million. Quotes must be submitted via email to kelly.polson@navy.mil by 17 SEP 2021 at 11:00 a.m. EST and must include the four mandatory documents FAR 52.209-11, 52.203-18, 52.204.26 and 52.222-48 to be considered for award. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The NECO website has a “submit bid” button next to the solicitation number.
