The Offer Due Date and Time is Friday, 03 September 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for RNA Sequencing Genome Analysis with Administrative Consulting Support Service for Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory. The RNA Sequencing Genome Analysis with Administrative Consulting Support Services shall be performed at the vendor’s existing laboratory and the vendor’s facility shall be within (50) fifty driving miles of the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The estimated period of performance begins 15 September 2021 to 29 July 2022 from contract award. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 611310. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 19 August 2021 at www.SAM.gov. Potential vendors shall submit Solicitation N0018921QG130 (SF1449) and applicable Amendments (SF30) N0018921QG130 0001 and (SF30) N0018921QG130 0002 in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.dexter@navy.mil. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
