The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requires Haystack Gold Web-Based Search Engine Database subscription for Naval Submarine Support Facility Groton, CT This is a sources sought announcement only. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek out qualified sources (large or small) capable of providing the software subscription mentioned above. The intent is to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with four option years for the required subscription. Authorized vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by Friday, 13 August 2021. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Business Size and status of your company 2. Suggested North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 3. Have you performed the same or similar work in the past? 4. Have you managed a contract of this nature? 5. What are the specific technical skills your company possesses that will ensure your capability to perform the requirement? 6. Provide all aspects of the software database subscription your company can provide.
