NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price annual contract for Sonar Research Volunteer Payments (Administrative Checks) and Administrative Support for the compensation of research subjects for Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory aboard Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated period of performance is from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2024 from contract award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 561110. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments directly to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. Potential vendors shall submit solicitation N0018921QG035 and applicable amendments in accordance with the incorporated Instructions to Quoters and send via email attachment to sharon.dexter@navy.mil. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
