The facility shall provide (10) Double Occupancy Hotel Rooms OR (20) Single Occupancy Hotel Rooms. The period of performance Check-In Date: 24 February 2021 and Check-Out Date: 22 March 2021. The Hotel Location shall be within 5 miles of the Naval Submarine Base NLON, Groton, CT 06349 (1 Crystal Lake Rd, Groton, CT 06349) and the facility cannot be on the Off Limit Establishment list maintained by the Commander Navy Region Mid-Lant. The Facility shall be a FEMA approved Hotel for Government travelers for Naval Submarine Support Center (NSSC) Groton, CT. The subject service will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
