The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office is seeking information from interested contractors capable of providing performance based services supporting the National Defense University (NDU). Please see the attached draft Performance Work Statement, which details the types of tasks that contractors will be required to perform under the contract/task order. NDU is seeking an integrated information architecture design of an ecosystem of functionality and data that can easily interface with all functions at the University required to deliver a premier educational experience. The overall ecosystem is called the Electronic Data Management Platform (EDMP). The primary purpose of the EDMP is to improve current academic records management, data availability, analysis, and reporting, with user interfaces that are convenient to manage and operate for designated users, pulling data from a single source.
