The Navy Exceptional Family Member (EFM) leadership is seeking to obtain delivery of the printed pocket guides that are currently being provided through mobile app technology. These printed products allows Navy leadership to deliver timely information and improves the communication to both internal and external customers in the form of the EFMP Pocket Guide Informational folders, EFMP Magnets, Posters and download cards. This information includes the EFMP instructional library, checklist, newsletter, FAQ, Resources. Contractor will help with the new updated designs of the EFMP product and content of the EFM paper print products. Contractor will handle designs, print and the distribution of the paper print product.
