NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to VR Software Machines to VT MAK (MAK Technologies) 150 Cambridge Park Drive Cambridge, MA 02140. A sole source justification has been prepaired and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
