The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Va, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, commercial contract utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, For Ship Restoration Services to restoreone (1) Admiralty style anchor, chains, and shackles that is attributed to have been used on the Civil War era sloop of war USS Constellation. This effort will last from 30 September 2021 to 1 March 2022 in support of NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
