This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-06 (effective 09-10-2021) and DFARS Publication Notice (Effective 08-30-2021). Two (2) of the custom video editing computers must include Blackmagic Design video output devices capable of Ultra High Definition resolution.
