The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to solicit and process a single award contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions, for Mandiant FireEye Training Course, in support of the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN), Norfolk, VA. Performance is anticipated to begin 15 September 2021 through 14 September 2022. As these services have been determined to be commercial, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Part 13 entitled, “Simplified Acquisition Procedures” and FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items”.
