The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for OEM level weapons maintenance services for The Naval Surface Force, Atlantic (CNSL). Policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811212. The size standard is $30 million. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. (Formerly MEGGITT) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
