Starbucks has proprietary rights to the programming and recipes to their Espresso Machines, therefore can only be purchased through Starbucks through their manufacturer, Schaerer. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine in support of the USS George Washington.
