The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to a renewal of support of an already existing system for Video on Demand and IPTV services for United States Naval Academy (USNA), one (1) 12-month Base year with the possibility of four (4) 1 – year options. The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The Government intends to solicit and award to only known source with capability of satisfying the government’s minimum requirement at this time. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 31 Aug 2021 under RFQ number N0018921Q0387 at the following website: sam.gov This action will be solicited on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items”, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract. Delivery location is United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland 21402. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contract from any federal agency.
