NAVIFOR Comptroller department requires the development of a financial tool to assist in the ability to accurately assess and oversee financial management execution, with an immediate focus on civilian labor. The application will be a user-friendly product and software tool which will aggregate multiple streams of authoritative civilian labor data and perform analytics in order to provide a common operational reporting and visualization environment. The ability to aggregate and analyze this data in an automated fashion is currently not performed at NAVIFOR.Ironclad Technology Services, a SDVOSB, is the manufacturer and operator of PLAN-IT software. It is the intent to procure this software platform, along with an a supporting tool, known as teleSCOPE, to perform this financial data aggregation.
