The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12-Acqusition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to procure Microsoft 365 Premium software, as required by the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC). The planned Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N0018921Q0330. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, with a size standard of $41.5 million. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 13 July 2021. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site (System for Award Management or SAM, https://sam.gov) All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Government. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
