The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Library Support Services in support of the Naval Heritage and History Command (NHHC) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business setaside. Anticipated posting of solicitation # N0018921Q0314 to beta.sam.gov on or around 26 August 2021. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 712110. The size standard is $30,000,000.00 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
